Common Abbreviations
L : Level (underlined or contextual to differentiate from Low)
ML : Mirror Level
G : Global Level (levels that are reflected by daily candles, global to intraday candles like 5m etc)
O : Opening price
C : Closing price
H : High (contextual, high of Day or whatever context makes sense)
L : Low (contextual, low of Day or whatever context makes sense)
R : Risk unit (I trade strictly in Risk units)
HOD, LOD : High/Low of Day
PMH, PML : Premarket Hight/Low
Extreme : Any high or low price point of a given period
PDH, PDL : Previous day High/Low (same as H1, L1)
FHH, FHL : First Hour High/Low
D, D1, D2 : D - today, D1 historic yesterday, D2 day before yesterday etc. Taken from TC2000 PCH formula language. Same for H, H1, H2, L, L1, L2 etc as Low and High with historic context. You might see things like PMH1 etc.
AVG : Price Average
AVG10 : Price average of 10 units (D, 5m etc.)
B : Bounce
F.B : False Breakout
B.O : Breakout
E : Entry Price
S : Stop
X : Exit Price
T : Take (T1, T2 etc are successive takes if more than 1)
LEC, LEB : Level Establishing Candle/Bar
COC : Cut Off Candle (candle without a wick one one of the ends)
Common Terms
Whale : Big money player. Someone behind a desk/algo that is moving prices from one level to the next, staging breakouts, false breakouts, bounces, etc to build their position, conduct a setup, dispose of a position.
Whale Fight(ing) : You'll see whales engage in taking each other out often in a fight for key levels causing Toxic Zone(s) on the chart, or Mirror Levels
Toxic Zone : Zone of high volatility caused by big players fighting for level
Market Mood : How market feels in general, is everyone expecting sell off? Are spirits high and people are buying? Whales will front run this every time.
Winner : Whale either Bull or Bear that came out victorious when fighting for a level
