So here it was pretty clear that the sudden spike up happened from the pre-market / intraday level (A) that could have been part of a normal trade.
When stuff like this happens, its anomalous, and there is no way to tell how it will behave after the move. So don't try to re-enter (B) or play it against the levels later. Let the instrument normalize. Basically, don't trade the instrument after anomalous event like this, at least in the same day.
